Just as Hearthstone’s monthly ranked play is about to end, a historical Asian Games Hearthstone Tournament is about to begin.
Eight players are heading to Indonesia to compete in the exciting esports event. These players went through an online round-robin competition, and Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia, as well as Indonesia, will be the countries represented.

Olympics-affiliated, the Asian Games Hearthstone Tournament will also be a demonstration of how esports can be enjoyed by viewers at home and the arena itself, as well as the broadcasting capabilities of the Asian Electronic Sports Federation.

Fans can also watch the tournament on YouTube. The Asian Games Hearthstone Tournament will begin on August 30 at 10:00 p.m. ET.
