Latest Fortnite Update Lets Players Jump Through Portals

Patch v5.30 is here and it's time to jump into the action.

Latest Fortnite Update Lets Players Jump Through Portals 1

The latest Fortnite update lets players deploy portals and teleport into thin-air. The new Rift-To-Go can also be used to either help allies escape or dive in to secure a kill.

The Rift-To-Go is an epic item that drops in either stacks of one or two. It can be deployed immediately and once activated, it will put the player in skydiving mode. Players should take care to watch their surroundings, however, as enemies can follow them through a portal — which lasts for 10 seconds.

Players can find this item in treasure chests, vending machines, loot llamas, and supply drops.

Fortnite Battle Royale is also getting a Score Royale Limited Time Mode, where players have to earn the most points for the Victory Royale by defeating their enemies, opening loot, and collecting coins.

As for Fortnite Save the World, the third Horde Weekly Challenge is now available, and there are 16 waves to clear this week. The winning teams will be rewarded with one of two legendary Flintlock weapons.
