Back in 2011 Nintendo released their version of Game of the Year editions in the form of Nintendo Selects. Three years later, the Big N has announced another wave.
It’s kind of surprising that some of these titles haven’t really gone down that much in price, but they are now. The titles include Super Mario Bros. Wii, Super Mario Galaxy 2, Mario Party 9, and Wii Party.
The announcement came earlier today from Nintendo of Europe, so there’s a chance gamers will have to pay the current price for these titles. Europe has around 14 titles that made their way to Select that did not receive that honour in North America. Conversely, North America had a couple of games that are not Selects in Europe too. For those who need some hope, there are seven Select titles available in both regions, and the difference in release dates range from a few days to a few months.
