Razer Razer Announces 3 New Pokémon-Inspired Headsets for the Pokémon 30th Anniversary

Pokémon 30th Anniversary celebrations continue as Razer releases three new headsets inspired by three popular Pokémon.

Razer is releasing three Pokémon-themed headsets, each based on existing models but styled around Sylveon, Lucario, and Charizard. This Razer X Pokémon 30th Anniversary lineup covers both wired and wireless options, with one Kraken variant and two BlackShark HyperSpeed variants, giving fans a choice between comfort-focused wired hardware and lightweight competitive wireless gear.

The Sylveon version uses the Kraken V4 X as its base, a wired headset with Razer’s TriForce 40 mm drivers and a retractable HyperClear cardioid mic. The special edition offers Razer Chroma RGB lighting, but the underlying specs remain the same as the original Kraken V4 X.

The Lucario and Charizard versions are both built on the BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed platform, which is Razer’s lightweight wireless esports headset. The hardware is identical between the two, with one featuring Lucario accents and the other with Charizard features.

Both offer the BlackShark V3 X HyperSpeed’s TriForce 50 mm Gen‑2 drivers, HyperSpeed 2.4 GHz low‑latency wireless, Bluetooth support, and a detachable HyperClear cardioid mic. The headsets are designed for long sessions, with up to 70 hours of battery life depending on usage. The Pokémon editions simply apply different themed designs to the same chassis and feature set.

This is, of course, not the first time Razer and Pokémon have collaborated, not even the first time this year. We have covered plenty of releases, including June’s Espeon & Umbreon set, which included the Cobra Mouse, Ornata V3 Tenkeyless Keyboard, Kraken V4 X Headset and Gigantus V2 Mouse Mat. Last year saw another full set with the Pokémon Collection featuring favourite Kanto creatures. One of my favourites, however, was last year’s Gengar Kraken Kitty V2.

The Pokémon 30th Anniversary Sylveon, Lucario, and Charizard headsets are now available.
