TimeGate’s new downloadable shooter is ready for next week’s XBLA debut.

It’s probably a good sign when a $15 download reminds you of Halo. Section 8: Prejudice hits the Xbox Live Arcade in a little less than a week, and the gameplay in the launch trailer (below) looks as good as anything you’re going to see in a big-budget AAA title. That should make for one of the better bargains of the year, and we can only hope that other developers will also learn to make their own games a little more accessible.

Section 8: Prejudice debuts on April 20

th

. It will hit the PC on May 4

th

and the PSN later in the summer.
