Looks like the Super Nintendo themed New Nintendo 3DS will be coming to North American markets.
The Super Nintendo themed 3DS, which is already available in other regions, was spotted on the U.S Amazon website earlier today, by Twitter user Wario64.
Amazon’s listing prices the console at $199.99 USD with a November 27 launch date. The console is also available for pre-order on Amazon Canada for $239.99. It should also be noted, as the original North American Super Nintendo console design varied from the Super Famicom and European Super Nintendo release, the North American Super Nintendo themed New 3DS has a different design than its original release in other regions.
Taking a look at the official press release photographs, it looks like the New Super Nintendo themed 3DS will come with a free digital copy of the original Super Mario Kart. The packaging is very reminiscent of an actual Super Nintendo bundle. Nintendo has previously released an original Nintendo Entertainment System themed 3DS back in 2014.
