The Craft Reboot Gets Its Four Leads 3

The upcoming Blumhouse reboot of The Craft has received its four lead actresses, with more news likely to come in the near future.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Cailee Spaeny (Bad Times at the El Royale), Gideon Adlon (Blockers), Zoey Luna (Pose), and Lovie Simone (Selah and the Spades) will star in the film. Zoe Lister-Jones (Band Aid) will write and direct the reboot, which is being financed by Blumhouse and Columbia.

Featuring a set of high school students who formed a coven of witches, the 1996 original starred Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Rachel True, and Neve Campbell, as well as Skeet Ulrich, Christine Taylor, and Breckin Meyer. Directed by Andrew Fleming, the film still has a dedicated following, and, assuming this reboot is well-crafted, that group now has a good chance to expand.

There are currently no other details available on the reboot of The Craft, other than the fact that it is most likely happening. Filming will likely begin fairly soon, and we’ll be sure to let you know once we hear anything.
