While Devil May Cry 5 will be released in the spring of 2019, visitors of the event will be able to play as Nero on the streets of the game’s Red Grave City. Along with the Resident Evil 2 remake, this game will be playable in Hall 8 of the Gamescom 2018 venue.
In addition to the gameplay hype, director Hideaki Itsuno will be visiting the event to sign autographs.
The German blog post also indicated that if players are unable to attend Gamescom 2018, they are welcome to also try out Resident Evil 2 at EGX Berlin, which takes place between September 28 and 30 this year.
Gamescon 2018 itself will be held between August 21 and 28 in Cologne, Germany.
