Entering The Vault: Fallout Collaborations To Mutate With Before The Show!

A Real-Life Falling Out

Entering The Vault: 4 Rad Fallout Collaborations To Mutate With Before Bingeing The Show!

With the arrival of Prime Video’s live-action Fallout series this week, who wouldn’t want to cozy up with some collaborations of their favourite post-apocalyptic world before launch?

It’s officially Fallout week, and in celebration of the release of Prime Video’s new series, we here at CGMagazine have scoured the internet in search of the coolest (and oddest) collaborations with everyone’s favourite whimsical universe. While new releases like the Fallout x Magic: The Gathering collaboration are a noteworthy mention — which Chris De Hoog already covered for us —  we are looking today at a more niche collection of items.

I could tell fans to fire up Xbox Game Pass and run through the base titles, starting with New Vegas, or jump back into Fallout 76, where the Atlantic City casinos are just begging for wanderers to score big. Also, this week over on Prime Gaming, you can snag some great Fallout titles like Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel. On April 11, Fallout fans will be able to grab Fallout 76 through Prime Gaming for Xbox or PC as well.

But, in this wild wasteland of a list, fans can treat themselves to anything from Nuka Cola Victory to even throwing death claw meat on the grill for the summer. Here are four Fallout collaborations that any fan would set the world on fire for.

Binge Ahead of the Prime Video Fallout TV Series

Bones Coffee Fallout Mugs & Coffee

Bones Coffee is known for its eccentric coffee products, especially the attention to detail their exclusive hand-thrown mugs portray, but this time around, they’re introducing severe radiation into their stock by collaborating with the wasteland for new coffee flavours and mugs featuring the cast of the Prime Video Fallout TV series. Bones Coffee has rolled out three new flavours to wet the weary traveller’s whistle while listening to Tenessee Ernie Ford’s “Sixteen Tons,” and the perils of the wasteland inspire all of them.

Fans can find the drop on the official Bones Coffee website.

Nuka Cola x Jones Soda Co.

Who can say they’ve never wanted to try Nuka Cola? If you’re a fan of Fallout, chances are you’ve dreamed of the stuff. So Jones Soda Co. has unleashed a collaboration to quench the deepest of thirsts with a real-life Nuka Cola Victory in celebration of the release of the live-action series. Nuka Cola Victory is flavoured Peach & Mango —  as radiation intended — and can be purchased in various pack sizes.

Fans can grab their taste of Victory from the Jones Coffee storefront on Amazon.

Fallout the Board Game

Although released in 2017, the Fallout Board Game from Fantasy Flight Games is the closest humans can get to exploring the wasteland without leaving the comfort of their living room! This tabletop inspires fans to work together to combat scenarios the wasteland throws at them, and just like in the video games, factions are hungry to take over the wasteland. It is up to the survivors to make sure no one group (like the Raiders or Brotherhood of Steel) gets too powerful.

For the artists, the mini-figurines included with the board game are primed to paint yourself, and the box comes with five figures in total. Fans can grab this board game for $10 off at $59.99 from Amazon.

Fallout: The Vault Dweller’s Official Cookbook

The last item on our menu is another consumable, The Vault Dweller’s Official Cookbook by Victoria Rosenthal. This tome has all of the post-apocalyptic hits, from Insta-mash to BlamCo Mac and Cheese, and fans can even recreate a Mirelurk Queen omelette. Rosenthal also runs a blog called Pixelated Provisions, which provides new geeky recipes almost weekly from the latest and greatest game releases, so if fans are interested, they can check it out.

But, luckily for physically preferring cooks, The Vault Dweller’s Official Cookbook comes in a well-designed hardcover to adorn coffee tables, or even be lent to an aspiring wasteland cook. Just make sure to not go ‘full Fallout‘ and follow the cooking specialty of the White Glove Society from New Vegas. Fans can grab their provisions from Amazon for $23.99.

That just about wraps up our collaboration guide to prepare fans for the Prime Video live-action Fallout series. Fans should note that Secret Lair has just opened their Magic: The Gathering drop, which features Vault Boy in precarious situations. If fans are interested in the Secret Lair drop they can head here (and should because these drops normally sell out), but otherwise, the Prime Video Fallout series will launch on April 12.
