Drop, known for its keyboards and peripherals, has expanded its lineup of highly customizable keyboards with the launch of the new CSTM65 model. Coming on the heels of the recently released CSTM80 keyboard, the CSTM65 incorporates the same signature features of interchangeable magnetic cases and extensive personalization options in a more compact 65% layout.

The CSTM line provides keyboards that users can easily customize to match their style. The CSTM65 features a removable magnetic case available in a variety of colours and artwork designs, allowing users to change the look of their keyboard at will. Combined with the ability to select different keycaps, switches, weights, plates, and cables, the CSTM65 offers near-endless potential configurations to create a unique keyboard.

As Director of Drop Studio Lukas Mondoux explained, “With the CSTM65, we are offering users a more compact keyboard option that they can customize to their exact preferences. With numerous case designs, switches, keycaps, and weight and plate options, the possibilities for self-expression are endless.”

The CSTM65 incorporates high-end enthusiast features into its compact frame. It utilizes a gasket-mounted design for flexibility and improved acoustics, south-facing RGB LEDs to enhance lighting, and support for 5-pin switches. Premium components like PCBA-mounted stabilizers, ABS keycaps with side legends, and multiple foam layers allow for a superior typing experience. Users can select either tactile Gateron Brown or linear Gateron Yellow switches when ordering.
