Dataminers Reveal Fortnite Week 5 Challenges

As if the arrival of Thanos, 100 million into eSports prize pools and jetpacks aren’t enough this month, Fortnite‘s Season Four, Week Five Challenges have been leaked. Fortnite Tracker’s data mining revealed seven weekly challenges in total, and some of them vary in the level of difficulty.

The tracker shows that Fortnite players would be encouraged to deal damage with submachine guns to their opponents, search for chests in Dusty Divot, rocket sky-high in a jetpack, search Gravity Stones, get either minigun or light machine gun eliminations and best their foes in Lucky Landing.

When players complete each challenge, they will unlock Battle Stars, which can then be used to unlock tiers in this season’s Battle Pass. With the Battle Pass, players can earn new sprays and gain experience bonuses.

Each of the challenges has a different amount of stars to gain. While five of the challenges give out five stars each, three of them will earn Fortnite players 10 stars. The machine gun elimination and luck landing elimination challenges are ranked as the most difficult.

These leaked challenges have yet to go live, however, in the meantime, Fortnite players and fans can look forward to E3 2018. The team plans to set up their booth in the South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Centre.

Another way to be a part of the Fornite fanfare would be tuning in to the Pro-Am event, which would feature 100 players. Some of the players will be Fortnite pros and celebrities like Markiplier, Joel Mchale and Jordyn Jones. Three million of the prize pool would be donated to the winners’ charities of choice. The Fornite team will be live-streaming the epic showdown on June 12 at 3:30 p.m. PST.

At E3 2018, the Fornite team also plans to host a celebration: Party Royale. While the party will be invite-only, anyone can drop by their booth and get a chance to win or receive a ticket.
