HOW TO ROB A BANK is an upcoming heist film that was just revealed, featuring bank-robbing content creators and coming this fall.

The trailer for HOW TO ROB A BANK dropped earlier today, and boy, is this movie flashy. In this action-packed heist movie, the bank robbers aren’t keeping quiet and playing it safe; they’re livestreaming each heist to millions of fans across the internet. David Leitch is the director, and if The Fall Guy, Bullet Train, and Deadpool 2 are anything to go by, this movie is going to be a great blend of comedy and thrilling action.

HOW TO ROB A BANK follows this group of content creator bank robbers as they continue to frustrate authorities and banks alike, having gotten away with over a dozen heists by the beginning of the story. The crew act somewhat like vigilantes and Robin Hood-types, giving away some of their haul to charities while building rapport with fans of their channel. Members of this gang are played by Nicholas Hoult, Anna Sawai, Rhenzy Feliz, and Pete Davidson.

The success of the How To Rob A Bank channel has led an FBI agent, played by John C. Reilly, to consider alternative means of preventing further bank heists. He turns to a criminal hacker, played by Zoë Kravitz, for help. He strikes a deal with her, using her advanced and definitely illegal tracking system to potentially find the How To Rob A Bank crew, in exchange for her charges being dropped.

We see from the trailer that the story will come to a head as the vigilante crew takes on a grand heist against a highly prestigious bank, with the FBI needing to catch up in time to prevent another humiliating loss to this punk group of thieves.

At the time of writing, the official HOW TO ROB A BANK trailer has already shot past 1 million views after only four hours, so needless to say, theatres might be filling with eager watchers when the film releases on September 4.
