Gravity is optional in the latest preview video.

The new live action trailer for Inversion doesn’t contain any gameplay, but it does effectively communicate the concept behind the game. After all, the third person shooter has a somewhat inconsistent relationship with gravity, and a video in which soccer balls, condiment packets, and people go flying into the air is a pretty good way to get that point across.

So unless Saber Interactive is pulling a Dead Island, Inversion should at least contain some interesting gameplay ideas when it eventually makes it to shelves. We still don’t know too much about the game, but publisher Namco Bandai says that more will be revealed in the coming weeks and months.

The new trailer is below.
