This month will be the last traditional month of this version of the service as PlayStation Plus is being overhauled starting next week on June 13th. The new version of the service will add tiers to the service which are set to combine PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Now alongside other benefits into one service. Higher tier subscribers at launch will be able to gain access to PlayStation Studio titles like Death Stranding, God of War, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Returnal plus previous third party PlayStation Now offerings with more to be added to the new service, and more.

That’s next week which seems so far away, as for what games PlayStation Plus subscribers can play currently check all the PlayStation Plus game offerings for June 2022 below.

God of War (PS4)

The first offering this month is 2018’s God of War which follows the narrative years after God of War 3. The difference in this game this time around is the developer’s, Sony’s Santa Monica Studios’, reimagined approach to presentation and gameplay of what came before. No longer present is the arcade nature of the past games but more of a third-person action-adventure approach to the series that reestablishes Kratos’ world which features “epic boss fights, fluid combat, and breathtaking scale.” The game also features a gripping father-son narrative where Kratos and his son, Atreus go on a journey of self-discovery, acceptance of the past, and meeting certain characters along the way.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker (PS4)

Up next is Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker on PS4, built from the ground up graphically. This title features four vs. four multiplayer team combat where eight ninjas can face off and co-operate with each other simultaneously. Players can combine their skills in Shinobi Striker’s different modes, players have the choice of playing as many class types as they climb the ranks of becoming the ultimate online ninja.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl (PS4 & PS5)

Lastly, a Super Smash Bros. approach for anyone who grew up on classic and beloved Nickelodeon shows with last year’s released Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl. The game’s roster features characters from shows including SpongeBob Squarepants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Loud House, Danny Phantom, Aaahh!!! Real Monsters, The Wild Thornberrys, Hey Arnold!, Rugrats, and more to determine ultimate animation dominance. The game’s developers adapt each character’s individual move set through their shows and overall personalities which allows fans to become their favourite Nickelodeon characters.
