Canadian gamers eager to get their hands on the enhanced version of the XBOX Ally only have to wait a little longer as ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has announced the system will soon be available in Canada.
Announced via press release, the ASUS ROG XBOX Ally X20 will be made available for pre-order in Canada starting today via Best Buy. Anyone looking to reserve a purchase through the ASUS Store will have to wait until September 24th, 2026. Gamers will have options between the ROG XBOX Ally X20 as a standalone unit, or in the ROG XBOX Ally X20 Bundle.

The standalone ROG XBOX Ally X20 features a translucent black plastic for the chassis, it harkens back to a distinct era of gaming, while offers a peek under the hood of the system’s hardware—highlighted by the gold-accented internal structure. While the system features the same 24GM of RAM and 1TB storage as the ROG XBOX Ally X, its backed by an all-new Nebula HDR Display with a 7.4-inch OLED panel, and powered by the AMD Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor.
The ROG XBOX Ally X20 Bundle pairs the system with a custom Killswitch case complete with a kickstand and gold-and-black accents to celebrate ROG’s 20th anniversary. Dbrand also created a custom skin for the face of the XBOX Ally X20, with a circuit board pattern derived directly from the device’s internals, and this comes alongside thumbstick grips, a custom Protector Case from Pelican, as well as a pair of ROG XREAL R1 Edition 20 Gaming AR Glasses.
The standalone ROG XBOX Ally X20 is priced at $1,899 (CAD), with the ROG XBOX Ally X20 Bundle at $3,499 (CAD). Devices will become available for purchase starting October 15th, 2026. Interested gamers can also register on the ASUS Store now to be notified when they go live.
