Senior Brand Manager at OREO, Vishnu Nair, said “OREO is always looking to bring new offerings to our fans, and we are thrilled to unveil this super partnership with the iconic Super Mario franchise,” with “There are so many playful synergies between OREO and Super Mario, it was a no-brainer for us to team up to connect fans of all ages through this delightfully playful cookie collaboration” regarding the huge cookie collaboration.

The collaboration features 16 unique embossments on the limited edition OREOs, which all come from the Super Mario franchise. There are many designs featured on the OREOs, from Mario’s face to even full-on power-ups from the series such as the iconic Power Star. These designs grace the chocolate cookie part of the OREO and are recognizable to most Mario fans. Each pack has characters distributed at random, so it may take more than one package of the Mario-OREOs to see all of the different varieties. There are even enemies that can be found gracing the limited edition OREOs, such as a pesky Goomba or even Bowser Jr.

Fans looking to get a hold of a package of Super Mario OREOs can visit the pre-sale website here, but fans should be warned they’re sold out as of right now. OREO also announced the nationwide rollout of the collaboration will happen on July 10 at select retailers, so fans can follow the official OREO Twitter for further details on which retailers will carry the limited cookies.
