The INIU Cougar P63 100W is the kind of power bank that quietly solves a lot of everyday problems without making you compromise on size or convenience. For someone who carries around a load of tech anywhere I go, a good power bank is a must.
At any given time, I have my phone, at least one gaming device between the Steam Deck, Switch 2, or the PlayStation Portal, and that’s not even taking into account my partner’s phone or her devices. We move around a lot, and being without power can be a genuinely awful experience when we’re out and need an emergency Bluey episode for a quick trip home; otherwise, my young daughter falls asleep, and there goes her sleep schedule.
A strong power bank needs to be able to do a multitude of different things. It has to be big enough to hold a decent charge without being too bulky or annoying to move around. It needs to clearly display the charge it has left, without taking forever to charge back up. Multiple inputs and different charging speeds are necessary, especially for those with power-hungry devices like the Steam Deck or a laptop. It needs to feel premium without breaking the bank, especially when all tech feels like it’s just getting more expensive all the time.

The good thing is, the INIU Cougar P63 100W High Capacity Laptop Power Bank checks virtually every box that I need it to. It has solid battery life, a premium feel, multiple charging ports, a handy, compact USB-C cable, and more, without totally breaking the bank. While it could punch a bit higher in its power offerings, what’s here will be more than enough for most people. It’s a fantastic power bank that has joined my catalogue of tech that joins me on almost any excursion.

The INIU Cougar P63 100W High Capacity Laptop Power Bank packs a 25000 mAh high-capacity battery. It’s 30% smaller than previous iterations, fitting easily into my pockets without being too heavy. It weighs 392.3g, similar to a Kindle or smaller tablet, while measuring 4.3 x 2.7 x 1.4 inches, smaller but thicker than most flagship phones. Its compact size and weight don’t make it annoying to carry, which is essential in a power bank.
The INIU Cougar P63 100W has three ports on top: two USB-C and one USB-A. If using the leftmost USB-C port, it can output up to 100W with a 65W input charge rate. The center USB-C port outputs up to 45W, while the USB-A port outputs up to 18W. If using dual ports, the USB-Cs go up to 65W and 45W; the higher-capacity USB-C and USB-A go up to 65W and 18W, while the center USB-C and USB-A go up to 15W max. If all three ports are in use simultaneously, the higher-capacity USB-C port will deliver up to 65W, while the other ports will each deliver 15W.

Across the three ports, there’s plenty of power to charge up most devices. My Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra took about 20% of the total charge, while the PlayStation Portal ate up closer to 40%. Both charged relatively quickly, back to full in around 60-90 minutes. Similarly, charging it back up to full was quick, going from 0 to 100 within a couple hours.
Rounding out the physical look of the Cougar P63 100W is an LED display for battery readout and a power button. The display is clear and easy to read, but limited in what it shows. All it does is show the remaining battery. While some other power banks display wattage or voltage, the display here is simple. Most people won’t care for the finer details, making it a good fit for the average consumer, but those looking for more detailed readouts won’t find them here.

The power cable included is a 100W, short, nylon-braided cable that snaps into a plastic holder attached to the unit. It’s only about a foot long, which makes it very short, but it also doubles as a handle for the power bank. The cable feels sturdy and, when snapped into the holder, can fully support the power bank’s weight.

I wouldn’t be swinging it around your head holding the cable, but as a way to pick up and grab it, it works really well. It’s always annoying looking for a cable whenever I use any of my other power banks, being another thing to make sure you have, but here, it’s handy to have it snap on and act as a lanyard.
Overall, the INIU Cougar P63 100W High Capacity Laptop Power Bank is a fantastic, portable power bank that has become part of my daily go bag. From the fast charging to multiple ports, it’s taken everything I’ve thrown at it and more. It checks every box for what I need from a power bank. It’s also fairly affordable, costing about $75.99 USD. It’s comparable to others in the market but with a better form factor, and the lanyard USB-C cable is a highlight.
While the LED display offers limited information for enthusiasts, it does the job for the average consumer. Those looking for a new power bank should look no further than the INIU Cougar P63 100W High Capacity Laptop Power Bank.
