ASUS ROG created a dedicated PC build with a anime-inspired components from Evangelion, all unveiled at the CNE Gaming Garage this year.
All Evangelion anime fans should be excited as ASUS ROG created a dedicated PC build to highlight a mech-ed out look, with mech-like performance. The Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) has officially kicked off since Friday, August 18, 2023. One of the biggest gaming and tech events in North America welcomes back fans to the CNE Gaming Garage to celebrate this wonderful collaboration. CGMagazine was able to get an exclusive look at this beast of a machine at the major Canadian fair.
EVA-02 and Asuka from Evangelion served as the inspiration for this latest PC build for an ASUS ROG layout and performance factor. Anime watchers will not have to scream for Shinji to get into his mech as this computer will get it done with newly designed motherboards, graphics cards, cardholder gaming cases, all-in-one coolers, peripherals, and gear.
Here is a list of components being added to the Evangelion ASUS computer:
- ROG Hyperion EVA-02 Edition PC Case — boasts its 420 mm dual radiator support, four 140 mm fans, metal GPU holder, component storage, ARGB fan hub, 60W fast charging capabilities.

- ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB EVA-02 Edition Cooler — offers an all-in-one liquid CPU cooler with 3.5″ LCD, Asetek 8th gen pump, pump embedded fan and ROG 120mm magnetic daisy-chainable ARGB radiator fans.
- ROG Herculx EVA-02 Edition — safely and securely fortifies even the most powerful cards, plus offers an easy-to-use design and extensive compatibility.
- ROG Thor 1000W Platinum II EVA Edition PSU — wears an EVA-inspired skin and wields component and cooling upgrades that enable the lowest noise levels – even during the most demanding skirmishes with the opposition.

The Gaming Garage will be available ALL 18 days of the CNE event, open from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. from August 18 until September 4. Fans can locate the CNE Gaming Garage by heading to the Enercare Centre located at 100 Princes’ Blvd #1, Toronto, Canada. Visitors and fans can get their tickets online or in-person at the grounds entrances.
