Since 2018, Bluey has had kids glued to their screens to watch the escapades of the energetic puppy, and today Outright Games has announced a Bluey: The Video Game during the show’s hiatus.
To the chagrin of fans of the blue-heeler puppy everywhere, the production team on the show announced that the team would be taking a short break back in July 2023. Today, Outright Games delights fans by announcing the first ever Bluey: The Video Game two months after the hiatus was delivered. Outright Games has even released an exciting new trailer for fans to take a peek at below.
Just like the hit TV Series, Bluey: The Video Game is centred around the puppy with the most energy, Bluey. As she explores her neighbourhood, Bluey will come across characters from the series as she looks for fun activities to do. Fans have the choice between four characters: the dad, Bandit, the mom, Chilli, the little sister, Bingo and of course, the titular character herself. Families will be pleased to know all four characters can explore at once on screen for a four-player co-op family session.
Players can become fully immersed in the Bluey: The Video Game world, as it features fun sandbox gameplay that remains faithful to the series as a whole. For the first time ever, fans will be given free rein to explore the Heeler household while following the episodic story-driven narrative inspired directly from the series. Activities are also inspired by fan-favourite moments in the series, including mini-games like ‘Keepy Uppy’ and ‘Magic Xylophone’.

To immerse fans further, Outright and BBC Studios have brought the English-speaking cast of the show on board.
