The critically acclaimed Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut from PlayStation Studios has finally been announced to make the jump to PC in May, and developer Sucker Punch has outlined the details.

Today, PlayStation has let the cat out of the bag on when Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut will come to PC, and it’s right around the corner. Nixxes Software’s Online Community Specialist, Julian Huijbregts, has revealed the news on the PlayStation Blog while also revealing that Nixxes Software will be collaborating with Sucker Punch Productions to bring the port to PC. Like fans, PlayStation and Nixxes Software are excited to bring the port to the PC. PlayStation has even released a PC features trailer, and it can be seen below.

The PC version of Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut includes the full game, the Iki Island expansion, and the cooperative online multiplayer Legends mode. Community Specialist, Huijbregts says, “For the past year, the team at Nixxes has been working hard to bring the Sucker Punch in-house engine technology to PC and implement PC features such as unlocked frame rates, a variety of graphics settings and presets, and customizable mouse and keyboard controls.” The PC port provides players with extensive controller support and features the latest performance-enhancing technologies, including upscaling options and frame generation options.

Co-Founder of Sucker Punch, Brian Fleming, said, “We’re proud to announce that our friends and partners over at Nixxes are bringing Ghost of Tsushima to PC! This is a first for Sucker Punch – all our previous work is console-exclusive, so we are excited about all this, and Nixxes was the right team to do this project.” Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut is coming to PC on May 16, and fans will be able to wishlist it soon on the Steam storefront.
