Nokia X20 5G is available for pre-order now in North America, with devices expected to ship soon.
It’s the latest and greatest Android smartphone but the Nokia X20 5G isn’t available for pre-order everywhere yet. As of writing the only online retailer selling it early is B&H Photo Video.
The smartphone doesn’t have an official release date yet. Instead, the retailer promises to fill orders as they come in. It sounds like this is the quickest way to own a Nokia X20 5G, even if it’s unclear exactly when that day will be.
Regardless of when the phone arrives, users will be set for quite some time. The phone is future-proofed in several areas, so new owners should be safe and content for years to come.
The product details on Nokia’s website make a clear case on what users gain from this phone, and a lot of the features seem to focus on security, safety, and comfort. Security updates come monthly for up to four years, which prevents spyware and other digital threats without users even having to apply much effort. The Android OS comes with three years of upgrades too, so the overall experience should continually improve throughout the life of the phone.
Nokia’s X20 was originally set to go on sale on August 24th. It’s currently not known if B&H Photo Video broke a street date or if the release date was changed at all by Nokia. The 128GB version is $549.99 USD.
The phone also comes packed with the strongest glass Nokia could find for increased durability and security. It’s got 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage space. There’s also a 3.5mm audio jack for headphones or aux output.
