PlayStation Plus is about to get more vast. It has been announced that Black Desert Online is coming to the service with no extra charges, alongside two other titles.
Pearl Abyss spilled the beans and announced today that Black Desert has joined the PlayStation Plus game catalogue for this month. Black Desert will now be available at no additional cost to PlayStation Plus Extra or PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers while it remains in the PlayStation Plus catalogue.
As a big celebratory cheer, Pearl Abyss has uncorked the Dark Prince Gift Pack for all Adventurers as part of the celebration (still, with no additional charge). That’s not all, though; two other titles are coming to the service to round out the June 2026 additions to the Plus catalogue. Blades of Fire and Farming Simulator 25 are also making their way to the service.

If fans think this is a little late for June 2026 additions to PS Plus (it’s the last day in the month), it’s due to PlayStation’s recent announcement that confirmed regional delays would occur for “some” regions earlier in the month for PS Plus subscribers, and these additions arriving late could have been caused by that. As of this posting, subscribers in the “US, UK, and Japan will be able to access Extra and Premium games on varying dates.”
Not to be confused with the other Pearl Abyss RPG, Crimson Desert, Black Desert contains a sprawling open world filled with other human players, and players can meet up and tackle obstacles together. Unlike other MMO titles, Black Desert features fluid action-oriented combat on par with other non-MMO action RPGs, and fans who have been waiting for a chance to give it a try can now do so with no extra cost.

Currently, Black Desert Online is not just celebrating being added to the PlayStation Plus catalogue, it is also celebrating four years of being self-published. Console players can collect daily login bonuses until July 22 on PlayStation, so fans clamouring to adventure in Pearl Abyss’s sprawling world should jump in today to start collecting rewards.
Black Desert, Blades of Fire, and Farming Simulator 25 are all available now with PlayStation Plus.
