Hot off the heels of Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, PlayStation has another big month of releases in March 2024.

Four new PlayStation Plus monthly games are coming in March, headlined by Sifu, the martial arts beat ’em up released in 2021. The game received mostly positive reviews, praising its complex fighting mechanics and inventive aging system. It currently sits at 81 on Metacritic. All four games can be played on both PS4 and PS5 and are available from Tuesday, March 5, until Monday, April 1.

Developed by Sloclap, the studio behind Absolver, Sifu follows a young kung fu student hell-bent on revenge. With a big focus on positioning and using the environment, Sifu’s combat is both brutal and challenging.

Hello Neighbor 2

The follow-up to the wildly popular stealth horror game, Hello Neighbor 2 tasks you with solving a mystery around missing children in a rural town called Raven Brooks.

Destiny 2: The Witch Queen

The Witch Queen is a recent expansion from the popular MMO looter-shooter, introducing the new Glaive weapon. The expansion typically costs around $30. Destiny 2 is required to play The Witch Queen, but you can download it for free from the PS Store.

EA Sports F1 23

The latest entry in EA’s official video games of the FIA Formula One World Championship. One of the key features of EA Sports F1 23 is the “Braking Point,” story mode that delivers a high-speed drama alongside the races.

New Releases Coming to PlayStation

Apart from PS Plus, there are a host of new titles coming to PlayStation this month, but three in particular are pretty huge. Here are the notable releases players should keep an eye on.

Hi-Fi Rush (March 18)

Hi-Fi Rush was one of the biggest surprises of 2023, an inventive experience that fuses an action RPG with a rhythm game. The previous Xbox exclusive wracked up a number of positive reviews, and currently sits at an 87 on Metacritic. It’s one of four Microsoft-published games coming to PS5.

Dragon’s Dogma 2 (March 22)

Dragon’s Dogma 2 is a massive-looking sequel to one of Capcom’s biggest cult hits. Taking place in a high fantasy world called Gransys, Dragon’s Dogma 2 gives you a wealth of different classes and combat options to choose from, while fighting massive enemies like Griffons and Collosi.

Rise of the Ronin (March 22)

Rise of the Ronin is a new action game from Team Ninja, the studio behind the Ninja Gaiden and Nioh games. Taking place in 19th-century Japan, Rise of the Ronin presents a massive open world for players to explore, along with a dramatic story that dives into the chaos of war and political unrest of the period.
