Razer Draws Back the Curtain on Blade 15 Advanced

Razer Draws Back the Curtain on Blade 15 Advanced
Razer has revealed the latest models in their Blade 15 series, aiming to retain their title as the thinnest, fastest, and perhaps best gaming laptops on the market.

As announced at CES 2021, the new Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model is packed with many top-of-the-line features, like Intel 11th Gen H-Series chips and up to Core i9 processors. All of this power will come in the smallest 15″ package available amongst RTX gaming laptops, beating the competition from MSI, Gibabyte, and Alienware by 17-31%. This slim shell is made of precision-crafted CNC aluminum with a durable anodized finish that resists fingerprints.

Six different varieties will be available to cater to your specific needs, including three 240Hz QHD models, two 260Hz models, and one cream-of-the-crop OLED 4K Touch model. All will feature a new and improved Windows Hello IR Full HD 1080P webcam, a 80Wh battery, and a plethora of input/output ports—including Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C), an SD Card Reader USH-III, several USB 3.2 ports, and HDMI 2.1.

Each features 1TB (Gen4 PCIe) of storage with an open M.2 slot, while the cheapest model will be lacking the expansion space. Meanwhile the 4K OLED model will feature a Core i9-11900H processor, and the others will have 8-core, 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11800H processors.

Perhaps most importantly, Razer’s new laptops are powered by GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics cards, and mostly 3080 cards at that. The lowest-tier model will pack a RTX 3060 8GB VRAM card, while the 4K OLED model will have a RTX 3080 16GB VRAM card. And of course, all will feature an acclaimed, customizable Chroma Keyboard with anti-ghosting technology.

Available soon, the new Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model family will run from $2299 USD for the base 240Hz QHD, RTX 3060 model, to $3399 USD for the fully-featured OLED 4K RTX 3080 16GB model.
