Level Infinite and developer Hotta Studio have announced that Tower of Fantasy, the free-to-play, open-world MMORPG on PC and mobile devices, will get its next major expansion with Domain 9 Sector, which launches tomorrow!
The hit free-to-play MMORPG, Tower of Fantasy, is getting its next big expansion with its 3.0 edition, which is called Domain 9 Sector, and it’s launching for players across the globe tomorrow, June 27th, 2023. While Tower of Fantasy has had several updates and expansions already, this looks to be a major addition to the ever-popular action-RPG, with a brand new map, two new simulacrums, and new bosses and gameplay challenges on the way!
As the newest addition to MMORPG Tower of Fantasy, Domain 9 Sector looks to add a ton of content for fans to enjoy. Domain 9, or as it’s referred to as the “Forgotten Realm,” is a new area located within the Aida Spacetime Singularity of the Vera Grand Sea. Here, the Black Jade Ruins have been discovered, which have allowed for an all-new Timestamp technology, which is used as “an integral part of its people’s resistance against their biggest threat yet, Grayspace Entities known as Darkness.”
With four major zones, each inspired by the Four Symbols, the new map will show the technological strength of the people of Domain 9, while players will get new in-game puzzles and challenges to sink their teeth into. New areas, mean new means of transportation as well for expansion 3.0, as relic Speedwalkers for sky-walking, as well as new cruisers, will be made available for use. New Smart Servant System and New Mentorship System will also be added to Tower of Fantasy with this update.
The first of the new Simulacrums, LiuHuo, is responsible for keeping an eye on the aforementioned Darkness. With her Calligraphy Brush ready to be wielded against any foes, she is able to use its ink to defend against enemies. The second new simulacrum, Yulan, is one of Domain 9’s most successful fighters, utilizing her special, technologically-advanced weaponry that can create an airstream. With the release of Domain 9 Sector coming tomorrow, June 27th, 2023, fans of Tower of Fantasy have a lot to look forward to!
