While the eFloat Go may be made with the office worker in mind, gamers have just as many issues, as they will likely find themselves getting fidgety or just slumped over in bad positions. The ability to, with the push of a button, change how the desk is positioned is fantastic. The ability to program in the ideal height meant it was a trivial task to make the switch, something my back and legs thank me for.

While this may all sound great or at least novel, honestly, I very much enjoyed using the eFloat Go during the time for this review. It is not a cheap investment. The model we tested started at a staggering $1225.00 USD for the base model, with the cost going up from there for accessories or larger surfaces. This is not IKEA, and while it is built to last, you will need to pay for that fact.
After testing the Humanscale eFloat Go and other standing desks in the past, the difference between them is vast. While it is expensive, the small touches make the price of entry feel worth it. The motor feels incredibly smooth, and the ease of use makes it a minor task to change positions. Even with that said, not everyone needs the best, and sometimes a desk that does most of what you need is worth the savings.
