Christmas has passed, but the Epic Games Store is continuing their massive Holiday giveaway today with Severed Steel for free.

Epic Games continues to just give stuff away this Holiday season, and today’s solid offering brings Severed Steel to the Epic Games Store for absolutely FREE. While the Holiday season wears on, Epic Games continues to give fans titles with the only downside being the previous free title goes back to their original price. F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch is now back to its price of $29.99 on the store, and Severed Steel has been given the sale price of FREE today. Fans can slide over and claim their title now, while a trailer can be seen below of it.

While the FPS frenetic gunplay might not be for every gamer, there is literally no downside to claiming the game for later use, besides building upon a staggering backlog. Like the massive Fallout giveaway from Dec 22, the giveaway will only last until 11 a.m. tomorrow, so fans must act quickly to obtain their new title before it goes back to its original price.

Like other gaming mediums, the Epic Games Store leaks, and it has been suggested by a known Twitter leaker that tomorrow’s title will be the souls-like Mortal Shell. This is the same known leaker who spilled the beans regarding Death Stranding, @BillBilKun on Twitter, and they suggest the title for Dec 29 is SO GOOD that they will not leak it earlier than advertised.

The Epic Games Store advertises Severed Steel as “a single-player FPS featuring a fluid stunt system, destructible voxel environments, loads of bullet time, and a unique one-armed protagonist. It’s you, your trigger finger, and a steel-toed boot against a superstructure full of bad guys. Chain together wall runs, dives, flips, and slides to take every last enemy down.”

While today brings Severed Steel, and tomorrow possibly brings Mortal Shell, the release for December 29 remains under wraps until release (at least for now) and fans should stay tuned in to the Epic Games Store for when they can claim their Holiday FREE titles.
