New Heroes of the Storm Content Revealed For Next Week’s Update 2

Only a week after releasing the Mephisto spotlight, Blizzard just revealed what’s next in development for Heroes of the Storm.

First up, the Lord of Hatred himself is scheduled to arrive in Heroes of the Storm next week. As the latest addition to the Nexus, Mephisto will use his basic abilities like Skull Missile, Lightning Nova, Shade of Mephisto, as well as either of his heroics like Consume Souls or Durance of Hate to begin his conquest.

Alongside his release, an heroic bundle that includes skins for him will be available to players until September 10. These skins include Star Wraith Mephisto, Cybernetic Star Wraith Mephisto, and Eternal Star Wraith Mephisto.

For players who can’t get enough of the new Diablo hero, there will also be two new Mephisto portraits, a spray, and a bunch of emojis that feature him to collect.

As for other upcoming portraits, they will feature Sylvanas, Azmodan, and Leoric. The new sprays will be Carbot ones featuring Malthael, Leoric, Butcher, and Azmodan.

Players who make a new purchase of gems will be rewarded with a sparkly new Celestial Serpent mount as well.
