In anticipation of next year, Niagara Falls Comic Con has announced a sleuth of new exciting guests on its Facebook page who are coming to Scotiabank Convention Centre next year. Let’s go through them.
Linda Larkin
In celebration of the 30th anniversary of Disney’s Aladdin (1992), Linda Larkin, who voiced Princess Jasmine in the movie will make an appearance at Niagara Falls Comic Con. Larkin didn’t play the Disney Princess just one time, the voice actor reprised the role in many other projects including sequels, a TV series, and video games like the Kingdom Hearts series.
Phillip Glasser
Phillip Glasser, the voice of Fievel Mousekewitz in An American Tail and follow-up An American Tail: Fievel has been announced for Niagara Falls Comic Con. His appearance at the upcoming event will mark the voice actor’s first-ever Canadian appearance and will be available all three days for Niagara Falls Comic Con.
Richard Karn and Debbie Dunning
Home Improvement fans might be excited about this one as they’re getting a Tool Time reunion with two actors on the show. First is Richard Karn, who played Al Borland and Debbie Dunning, who played Heidi, the “tool girl” on Home Improvement. Both actors will be available for all three days at this Comic Con in June.
Charles Martinet
Last and certainly not least is iconic voice actor, Charles Martinet who is known fondly for voicing Nintendo’s mascot, Mario in the Super Mario series since 1995. He’s also voiced other Nintendo characters which include Baby Mario, Luigi, Baby Luigi, Wario, Waluigi and Toadsworth As well, Martinet will have an unknown role in the upcoming animated Mario movie in 2022. Charles Martinet will be warping to Comic Con for all three days.
The upcoming Canadian Comic Con will have all sorts of events & attractions in 2022, which include Autographs, Cosplay, Pro Photo Ops, Q&As, a Vintage Arcade Arena and Workshops. Most notably, coming to the Con is one of the most iconic TV cars is the Munster Koach from the television series, The Munsters. The vehicle attraction will be available for all three days.
