SteelSeries Announces its Future of Gaming Audio, The Arctis Nova Pro Series

SteelSeries, a leader in gaming and esports peripherals has announced the evolution of its approach to game audio with The Arctis Nova Pro Series, which is the culmination of four years of research and development to create the ultimate sound experience.

The Arctis Nova Pro Series was created from the ground up to give SteelSeries customers a new level of excellence for high fidelity audio, AI-powered voice clarity, and all-day comfort. The newest headset is powered by the Sonar Audio Software Suite, which is the first pro-grade parametric EQ for gamers developed by SteelSeries.

The main design of the suite is to turbocharge any headset for gaming and provide a limitless ability to control sound across games, team chat, and the microphone. Additionally, users will be able to adjust any and every individual sound to their comfort level and hear the sound that users feel matters most.

“There are defining moments in every industry, and this is one of those landmark days. Today we usher in a new era of gaming audio with the launch of the Arctis Nova Pro series and the Sonar Audio Software Suite. We are truly excited to empower gamers, provide them with a competitive edge, and have them experience pure Hi-Fidelity acoustics in gaming,” SteelSeries CEO, Ehtisham Rabbani said in a press release.

The Arctis Nova Pro Series comes with a couple of features out of the box. One of those features for the wired version includes the Multi-System Connect hub which allows USB switching between multiple devices at the same time without the need of swapping cables including on PC, PlayStation, Switch, and mobile devices.

Other features include the AI-POWERED Noise Cancelling Microphone, which will give users no worries about coming across clear to teammates and background noises like keyboard noises, fans, and more coming in too hot while in-game. For anyone looking to not deal with wires, well the wireless version of the device, Arctis Nova Pro Wireless offers a seemingly unlimited battery life thanks to the headset’s dual battery system. While gaming, you can charge one battery while in a multiplayer session.

The newest SteelSeries headset was designed with comfort in mind and to accommodate any size or shaped head. This is thanks to the headset’s ComfortMAX System which offers four points of adjustment including height-adjustable, rotating ear cups, a flexible tension band, pivoting hangers, and a premium PVD-coated steel band that ensures long-term durability.

The Arctis Nova Pro Series collection is currently available on SteelSeries’ website at two prices for five different models. Pick up the wired version—Arctis Nova Pro and Arctis Nova Pro (Xbox)—for $249.99 USD—, while the wireless version—Arctis Nova Pro Wireless, Arctis Nova Pro Wireless (Xbox), and Arctis Nova Pro Wireless (PlayStation)—are a bit more expensive at $349.99 USD.
