Ever since its release, Pokémon GO has been a mobile game I have played through the years, both with and without friends. While fun, having to constantly have my phone out to play, especially when out in busy areas, can not only be distracting but can be potentially dangerous if you are not aware of your surroundings.

Like many auto catcher devices on the market, the DuoMon3 Pro can be quickly paired to a player’s phone, along with a secondary device, allowing two players to use the device at once.
What separates the MEGACOM DuoMon3 Pro from other auto catching devices on the market comes down to its many modern features and conveniences. Where many other auto catchers can be relatively large when kept in your pocket, the MEGACOM DuoMon3 Pro has a very compact form factor, making it super easy to slip in a pocket, purse or bag without taking up too much space or weighing you down.
Rather than relying on conventional batteries, users can use either the included USB-C charging cable to charge the device, or use the also included wireless charger. The wireless charger additionally works as a MagSafe-compatible charger that works on my iPhone 17, making it an excellent option for when travelling, as I can charge either the DuoMon3 Pro or my phone without having to pack additional cables or chargers.
Additionally, MEGACOM has given the DuoMon3 Pro the ability to speak how many PokéStops and Pokémon it has caught for each user with the single press of a button along the top of the device. This is great for allowing players to keep in the loop of what the device is doing, without having to pull their phone out of their pocket, minimizing distraction. This can also be disabled, and vibration can be enabled for those who want a more silent experience when using it.
MEGACOM has also gone a step further than competitors by incorporating a small loop on the top of the device, allowing attachment of a lanyard, keychain or other means of attachment, making it easy to carry the DuoMon3 Pro in a wide variety of ways, whether you want to show it off, clip it to your backpack or even carry it on your keychain.

Using the MEGACOM DuoMon3 Pro Pokémon GO auto catcher while on the go, or even at work, I was thoroughly impressed at just how many Pokémon it caught and how many PokéStops were spun within a short time. I quickly found the device had caught several hundred Pokémon within a few hours, and saved me an exorbitant amount of time and effort of having to do so myself, if I didn’t have the MEGACOM DuoMon3 Pro in my pocket.
Battery life seemed to last for several hours, if not days, of use, which was quite impressive given its very compact size. While you will likely have to reconnect the MEGACOM DuoMon3 Pro occasionally, it worked better than other devices I have used, and it often comes with me whenever I am out and about.
A minor complaint I had with the MEGACOM DuoMon3 Pro, one shared amongst other auto catching devices, is its limitations of only being able to throw PokéBalls to catch Pokémon, and not Great Balls or Ultra Balls, which could potentially limit how many higher-ranking Pokémon can be caught.
Overall, the MEGACOM DuoMon3 Pro is an excellent auto catcher that allows players to play Pokémon GO not only safer, but also easier when trying to catch a large number of Pokémon. My friends and I often find ourselves using it when out on hikes or walks, making it a now vital piece of tech when playing. I can’t imagine myself playing Pokémon GO without it and think it is well worth every dollar.
