Weighing 80 grams, the ELO Sentinel XR Gaming Glasses feature dual Sony OLED displays with 1080p resolution at a 120Hz refresh rate, a 1ms response time, 5000 nits peak brightness, a display up to 180″, a 52-degree field of view for a large-screen experience, electronic lenses to block up to 99.7% of external light, and up to 18 hours of battery life. With the Sentinel XR Gaming Glasses arriving at Gamescom 2026, the CEO of ELO, Adam Hepburn, shared: “Finally getting the Sentinel finished and into the hands of gamers is a huge moment for ELO. We didn’t set out to build another pair of display glasses. We wanted to build them specifically around how gamers actually play, taking into account performance, responsiveness, immersion and the freedom to take that experience anywhere. At Gamescom, people finally get to experience the complete vision for themselves.”

As Gamescom 2026 runs from August 26 – 30, 2026, attendees can visit the ELO panel and experience the hands-on demonstrations of the Sentinel XR Gaming Glasses. Launching in October 2026, the Sentinel XR Gaming Glasses will be priced at €499/$599, with more information available on the ELO website.
