Fortnite Chapter 1 Season Leaks Before Launch & New Trailer Confirms Most

A Leak to the Past

Fortnite Chapter 1 Season Leaks Deluge Fans Prior To Launch

Epic Games has been full steam ahead on the hype train with a new time travel storyline that takes Battle Island back to Fortnite Chapter 1, and after a torrent of leaks has invaded the internet, Epic Games confirms them with a trailer.

Epic Games has set its sights solely on Fortnite Chapter 1, an attempt to recapture the lightning in a bottle that was “OG” Fortnite back in 2017. Before John Cena, before The Foundation, and before even a sprint button (it’s confirmed to stick around for the OG Chapter 1), Fortnite has launched a time travel experiment that launches within two days allowing fans to relive ‘the glory days’. But even events that have happened in the past are not immune to leaks. Fan website FortniteNews and fans on X (formerly Twitter) accounts have unleashed a torrent of leaks gathered from the internet just prior to the “OG” return of the original Battle Island map.

Epic Games got ahead of the leaks and has just released a very brief trailer confirming most of them, it can be seen below.

Fortnite Chapter 1 – What’s Coming According to Leaks

Fortnite Chapter 1 Season Leaks Before Launch &Amp; New Trailer Confirms Them
  • There are five known skins apart of the Battle Pass right now, mentioning or combining classic character skins: Omegarok, Spectra Knight, Renegade Lynx, Lil Split, and Cuddle Team Leader. These characters can be seen pictured above, and no crossover characters like Ahsoka are planned.
  • The Fortnite Chapter 1 Battle Pass is business as usual: 950 V-bucks with 50 levels and 50 level bonuses to earn.
  • OG Vehicles are returning. Planes, Ballers, Shopping Cars and Driftboards are included.
  • Originally vaulted items are being unvaulted such as Supply Drops, and the elusive Pump Shotgun.
  • The map will apparently evolve as the Chapter progresses. Areas like Dusty Divot could arrive in the immediate future and not be available on the map when it launches.
  • Fortnite Chapter 1 will allegedly host a live event on December 2nd, which will lead into the canon Chapter 5 after the original map flashback. It will not last the entire season.

While it’s anyone’s guess as to whether Fortnite Chapter 1 will include much more than the leaks suggest or less, fans will find out in literally two days when the chapter launches on November 3rd.
