Moon Knight Skin is Fortnite’s Newest Marvel Crossover

There’s Chaos in You, Embrace the Chaos

Moon Knight skin Introduced as Fortnite’s Newest Marvel Crossover

Fortnite’s latest crossover with Marvel introduces the Moon Knight skin from the new series on Disney+ released last month.

Moon Knight is a story about Steven Grant and as he struggles with an issue he has concluded as dissociative identity disorder. After missing pieces of time that are slipping by because of his second identity, he learns that he shares the body with Marc Spector, a mercenary of an Egyptian God that servers to fight the evil forces on Earth.

Currently, the show is running at 4 episodes on Disney+ and all of which are fascinating to watch as each episode is well-paced. To my surprise, the Moon Knight himself is played by Oscar Issac, the man who played Poe Dameron in Star Wars: The Force Awakens.

From our review of Moon Knight by Clement Goh, he explains how “Instead, viewers flash-forward to a unique take on the superhero origin story. This pacing is masterfully controlled by smart writing and direction by Mohamed Diab in the first episode.” It was no wonder Fortnite took notice.

Moon Knight Skin Is Fortnite’s Newest Marvel Crossover

As someone who personally saw the first episode, I completely agree with them. I won’t go into further details about the series, so you could enjoy the few episodes like I did. With how well the series is looking, it’s probably the reason why Fortnite introduced the new skin to further promote the new series.

Posted by the Fortnite team, “Enacting justice for those travelling at night, Moon Knight is available now in the Fortnite Item Shop! This fist of Khonshu is willing to enact justice whether day or night on the Island”

Now that you’re able to enact justice, currently available in Fortnite’s Item shop, his set includes the Crescent Darts Pickaxe, the Moon Knight’s Cloak Back Bling, the mysterious Moon Knight skin and includes the sauve Mr. Knight edit style to go along with the outfit in case you are feeling fancy rather than badass.

Fortnite has hosted multiple playable skins from the Marvel series before, such as the Doctor Strange skin in the current battle pass or even Tony Stark from a few years prior. The game must be raking in a lot of money from the fans of the Marvel series paying for V-Bucks. I do admit that the skins released by Fortnite are extraordinarily well-made, and I may have even bought a few of their skins, even though they have no benefit to your gameplay whatsoever.

In order to embrace the chaos, the Moon Knight outfit will cost you 1500 V-Bucks while his Pickaxe comes separately costing 500 B-Bucks. So will you try out the new Moon Knight skin? Because I certainly will!
