As the gaming industry moves towards comfort for everyone, CORSAIR ups the ante by revealing their latest Platform:6 Modular Computer Desk that can transform a workspace however a consumer likes easily. Not only can Platform:6 rise and lower at a whim, but it can also expand horizontally to give a user more desk space without the need to buy more new furniture.
The Platform:6 Modular Desk has multiple configurations and a wide selection of features. These include motorized adjustable height, a consumer choice of surface material, and an expandable rail system. CORSAIR asks customers to design their perfect Platform:6 themselves, using what’s in the box to create an ideal workspace. This is made possible using the Platform:6 online configurator to fit consumer needs and space, a desk that can mould itself to the user.
CORSAIR chose expandability as the key concept that drove the design of Platform:6, with an assortment of desk DLC offering huge potential for any person to create their own ideal Platform:6 Modular Desk. If the six-foot wide surface isn’t enough space, CORSAIR-included side extensions can be installed to either side of the desk for an extra 30cm x 70cm, with optional hanging pegboards for everything to be within reach at a moment’s notice.
While the desk isn’t out just yet, CORSAIR also announced the Platform:6 Creator Edition, which includes the Elgato Multi Frame expansion, allowing users to attach their Elgato attachments such as the Elgato Wave DX Microphone seamlessly, and it comes with an adjustable height and a rubberwood surface. The aforementioned online configurator can help design your space, and it will launch when Platform:6 does.
